Readiness Score: How the IVY+ Wearable Predicts Your Daily Performance

Readiness Score: How the IVY+ Wearable Predicts Your Daily Performance

Our Readiness Score is like your daily forecast for physical, mental, and emotional performance. Scored from 0–100, it tells you how well your body is prepared to handle the day’s stressors — and whether you should push hard or take it easy.

With the IVY+ wearable health tracker , your Readiness Score is calculated using your unique physiological data collected during deep sleep — the calmest state your body experiences. The result? A personalized, science-based insight into your daily capacity.

Understand your body and live in sync with your cycle.

What Is a Readiness Score?

A Readiness Score reflects your body’s recovery state and readiness to perform.

  • Higher scores (75–100) mean your body is primed for high performance.
  • Moderate scores (50–74) mean you’re doing fine, but balance activity and rest.
  • Lower scores (0–49) mean your body needs recovery time — ideal for lighter activity or rest.

Your Readiness Score empowers you to make informed decisions about training, work, and recovery.

How Is My Readiness Score Calculated?

The IVY+ wearable calculates your score using resting heart rate (RHR), respiratory rate (RR), and cardiac coherence (CC), all measured during deep sleep for maximum accuracy.

To calculate your score, IVY+ establishes your baseline — your unique physiological fingerprint — after 7 nights of data collection.

  • First readings appear after 3 nights.
  • More accurate data begins after 7 nights.
  • Fully calibrated scores come after 30 nights of consistent wear.

The more you wear your IVY+, the more precise your Readiness Score becomes.

Physiological Parameters That Determine Your Readiness Score

Resting Heart Rate (RHR) – Beats per minute while resting or sleeping; lower values typically indicate better recovery.

Respiratory Rate (RR) – Breaths per minute; helps detect recovery state and potential stress.

Cardiac Coherence (CC) – Measures how well your heart rate variability and breathing are synchronised.

Readiness Intervals Explained

100–75 – You’re in peak condition and ready to take on demanding physical or mental challenges.

74–50 – You’re maintaining well and can handle most activities.

49–0 – Your body needs rest; focus on recovery.

Understanding Readiness Trends

The trends shown below your score compare:

  • Today’s average (last night’s data)

vs.

  • 7-day average (baseline trends)

If today’s numbers are better than your baseline, you’re trending upward in recovery. If worse, it’s a signal to slow down and let your body catch up.

Why Tracking Readiness Score with IVY+ Matters

By monitoring your Readiness Score daily, you can:

  • Optimise training and activity levels
  • Reduce risk of overtraining or burnout
  • Improve stress management
  • Enhance recovery and long-term performance

With consistent use, your Readiness Score becomes a powerful tool for personalised health optimisation.
